This agreement extends a partnership that began in 1989, with a new 20-year contract set to commence on July 1, 2024, and continuing through June 30, 2044.
As part of this renewed partnership, The 614 Company will implement a series of energy efficiency upgrades to the Young Quinlan Building’s internal systems. These enhancements are designed to optimize energy use while upholding the building’s legacy as a sustainable and efficient landmark in the heart of Minneapolis.
