Phoenix, AZ (July 7, 2025) – Cordia today released its 2024 Sustainability Report, sharing the company’s progress toward its most critical goals for water conservation, renewable energy, diversity, safety, and cybersecurity. The report reinforces Cordia’s commitment to making a positive impact for its employees, customers, and communities.

Throughout 2024, Cordia successfully saved more than 35 million gallons of water across its operations — a milestone that showcases its leadership in responsible water stewardship. The company also completed ten new carbon-reduction projects, each one tailored to local needs and designed to cut emissions while improving efficiency. Cordia is also proud to report that nine of its sites now run entirely on renewable electricity, a significant step toward its long-term goal of reaching 100% renewable power across all operations.
On the people side of the business, Cordia took meaningful action to strengthen diversity and inclusion. Diverse hiring rates surpassed 20%, helping to ensure the company is attracting talent from a broad range of backgrounds. Employee retention remained strong at 87%, a testament to the company’s culture and focus on professional growth. Finally, Cordia earned top-tier recognition for safety and cybersecurity — two critical pillars of its operations — demonstrating the company’s commitment to keeping its people and data protected.
