Aaron Frahm is the Vice Prsident of Engineering at Cordia, driving innovation and engineering solutions.

Aaron Frahm is a seasoned engineering leader currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at Cordia, a role he assumed in January 2024. With a focus on providing thermal and electrical energy solutions to meet diverse customer needs, Aaron brings over two decades of experience to his position.

Prior to joining Cordia, Aaron held key leadership roles in various renowned organizations. He served as the Director of Engineering and Technology at MasTec Industrial for over seven years, where he played a pivotal role in driving innovation and technological advancements. Before that, Aaron contributed his expertise as a Project Engineer at Quanta Power Generation for five years, gaining extensive experience in project management and execution.

His journey in engineering began at Greenwood Village Shaw Group (Stone & Webster, Inc.), where he served as a Lead Mechanical Engineer for five years, focusing on delivering excellence in mechanical engineering solutions. Aaron’s early career also includes notable contributions as a Mechanical Engineer at Zachry Engineering, where he honed his technical skills and laid the foundation for his future leadership roles.

Aaron’s academic background is anchored in a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, where he graduated in 2002. Throughout his career, Aaron has demonstrated a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and leadership, driving success in every endeavor he undertakes.
